   The Iuliucci REO Team is one of the countries top producing REO teams. Joe Iuliucci has been selling real estate for over 18 years, with several affiliates in multiple states. He gives the buyer and the seller a one stop shop for all there needs.

   The Iuliucci REO Team proudly calls Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas their home office.  As Joe has been blessed in his real estate career to be surrounded by many excellent people. Joe learned early on in real estate that mentoring and guidance can take you a long way. His business was influenced greatly from some of the industries top people, and he'd like to give special thanks to Rick Stanco, Glen Calderon, Frank Marshall, Shelly Irizarry, Joe Doher, Bill Flagg, Valerie Grijalva, Debbie Zois, Gary Keller, and most of all his late sister Mary Kusky who planted the seed that started Joe's passion for real estate. Joe is also very blessed to have two beautiful twins Joseph Jr. & Paige.

The Team

   Team General Manager - Melissa Dominguez-Milsop heads the sales force, while Melissa Znidarsic - Office Manager runs the day to day operations, with assistants from the Team's CFO Diane Dutton.

  The Team has done astronomical numbers over the years. in 2008 they finished as the top producing team in all of the Keller Williams Network with 704 closed units. They were also named by LORE magazine as the #6 Producing Team Nationwide of all real estate teams.

 The team is also very proud to announce the opening of their 3rd satellite office, expanding the Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas  reach to 6 fully operations offices throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley.
